Shadaonline is a Kenyan registered eco-technology project creation, design, implementation and transitory management organization which:
Brings together different, relevant professionals, such as sociologists, engineers, doctors, architects and others to seek integrated solutions to the African problems related to poverty, water, food, security, education, energy, communication, environmental conservation through a single holistic program.
Approaches the proposed solutions to the above problems through eco-technology where imported inputs are minimized and sustainable use of local social, ecological and economic resources is optimized.
Commercializes social enterprise to promote program financial independence, local ownership, replicative ability and growth.
Holistically trains local people in participatory project planning, implementation and management so that the communities may actualize the projects themselves and gain marketable skills to run, scale up and replicate the projects, thus securing sustainable and growing local employment opportunities.
